Sakiori – iMANiM

Fungi stitch down fragments of vague memories. Sakiori — a traditional Japanese weaving technique used to repurpose old fabrics. The memory of the snail is embedded into the textile, as if it merges with someone else’s old memories — and begins to tell a new story.
