  • I can’t really explain why the tree is overflowing with books —I just wanted to draw certain elements: bubbles of water, the weeds growing around…The tree may be bare, but it’s full of growing knowledge.
  • どうして木に本が溢れているのか、あまり説明はできないのだけど、幾つかの要素を描きたかった。 水の泡だったり、生えている雑草だったり。木は裸ん坊だけど、知識がたくさん生えてるね。
